There are different forms of Vitamin A. The form that is a cause for concern is the Retinyl Acid (Accutane) form of this product. This is considered a drug and is covered under FDA
Monographs; therefore, a safety statement would apply.

The form of Vitamin A in Somme
Institute’s A-Bomb is Retinyl Palmitate which is less irritating and a more widely used form of Vitamin A.  It is implied that this raw material is safe, however we cannot endorse its usage by pregnant women. It is recommended that pregnant women consult their physicians.

Stay on the treatment and you’ll continue to see amazing results!

After you apply the last product, wash your hands and dry them. Then go over your face again (as if you are applying a cream) and this will remove any excess residue or shine.

Toners are a thing of the past because cleansers are not as alkaline as they used to be. So technically, you don’t need to tone the skin. And because Transport pads contain glycolic acid and is low on the pH scale, it will bring the skin down to neutral if the cleanser is alkaline to begin with.

All Somme Institute products are stamped with a three (3) year expiration date. The period after opening is twelve (12) months.

Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the next business day.

We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, France, Germany & The Netherlands. We’re hoping to expand to other countries in the future. If you have a special order you’d like to place with us, just visit our Amazon storefront to place your international orders.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are considered domestic shipments. Please note that some expedited shipping services may not be available for these states. In this case, we will ship your order via the least expensive shipping service. Additionally, shipments to these states will require additional shipping charges and will be charged to your credit card once your order ships.

For all orders shipping to the 48 continental states, you will be given a choice between Standard, 3-Day, 2-Day & 1-Day.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

We charge sales tax only for orders that are shipped to New York State.

At Somme Institute, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily provide a refund or credit (including tax where applicable) for merchandise returned within 60 days of your purchase date, issued in the original form of payment.

Step 2. If not, package the items for return in any box.

Step 4. Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

Note to all customers who use promotional codes on orders: These are considered a discount on the order, and therefore the value of the discount will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed. Also, the promotional code or discount will not apply to an exchange, if one is requested.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

~ We do not accept empty bottles.
~ If your original payment method is no longer valid or has passed its expiration date, we are only able to issue a refund in the form of a store credit, for any products returned within 0-60 days.
~ If you have purchased Somme Institute products from one of our authorized resellers, please contact that retailer for return or exchange information. Returns from other resellers like Amazon will not be accepted.
~ Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
~ Shipping & Handling are not included in refunds.
