DOMESTIC ORDERS 

Somme Institute is happy to offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $75 dollars, excluding taxes, and after any promotional discounts are applied when shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. 

For Domestic orders within the 48 contiguous United States less than $75 we offer a flat rate of $9.95 for standard ground shipping. 

Orders will be processed within 2 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or federal holidays). All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. 

All orders are tracked and an email will be sent with tracking information once your order is in transit. 

Expedited shipping is $14.95 for 3-Day shipping, $19.95 for 2-Day, and $24.95 for 1-Day within the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that expedited shipping is from when the order leaves our warehouse, not from when your order is placed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Somme Institute ships to the US & Canada only. We’re hoping to expand to other countries in the future. If you have a special order you’d like to place with us, just visit our Amazon storefront to place your international orders. 

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are considered domestic shipments. Please note that some expedited shipping services may not be available for these states. In this case, we will ship your order via the least expensive shipping service. Additionally, shipments to these states will require additional shipping charges and will be charged to your credit card once your order ships. 

For all orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states, you will be given a choice between Standard, 3-Day, 2-Day & 1-Day. 

The receiver of an international order is considered the importer and may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees required by the destination country. These charges are out of our control. 

Customs policies differ from country to country and the receiver should contact their local customs office for more information. 

Once an International order is shipped out, we are unable to amend the order. 

Packages sent by international standard delivery are not insured and customers are responsible for filing claims for lost or stolen packages with their local postal service. Tracking information can vary greatly between countries and may be limited. Please note that some countries postal services do not share tracking data.

RETURN POLICY 

At Somme Institute, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily provide a refund or credit (including tax where applicable) for merchandise returned within 60 days of your purchase date, issued in the original form of payment. 

HOW TO RETURN: 

Step 1. Reach out, we may be able to hold your hand to ensure you are absolutely satisfied. 

Step 2. If not, package the items for return in any box.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. 

Step 4. Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed. 

Note to all customers who use promotional codes on orders: These are considered a discount on the order, and therefore the value of the discount will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed. Also, the promotional code or discount will not apply to an exchange, if one is requested.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: 

~ We do not accept empty bottles.

~ If your original payment method is no longer valid or has passed its expiration date, we are only able to issue a refund in the form of a store credit, for any products returned within 0-60 days.

~ If you have purchased Somme Institute products from one of our authorized resellers, please contact that retailer for return or exchange information. Returns from other resellers like Amazon will not be accepted.

~ Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

~ Shipping & Handling are not included in refunds.
